The Roman Catholic parish church of St. Patricius is a listed church building in Heiligenzimmern, a district of the city of Rosenfeld in the Baden-Württemberg Zollernalb district. She belongs to the Catholic pastoral unit Eyachtal-Haigerloch St. Anna in the Deanery of Zollern of the Archdiocese of Freiburg. The previous church, which was also dedicated to Saint Patricius, was demolished in 1852.

The new church was built in neo-Gothic style between 1847 and 1850 according to the plans of the architect Zobel from Sigmaringen. The consecration took place on September 14, 1865 by the Rottenburg Bishop Josef von Lipp on behalf of the aged Archbishop of Freiburg Hermann von Vicari.

The nave has a wide-span Tudor arch vault with ribs and lunettes. The chancel has a net rib vault. In 1923 and 1924 the interior was redesigned by the painter August Pfister. The organ comes from the company Gebr. Stehle from Bittelbronn and was inaugurated in 1952.

From 1981 to 1982 the tower and the outer facade were completely renovated.
The high altar was made by the Horber carver Johann Nepomuk Meintel.
The organ was made in 1952 by Gebr. Stehle in Haigerloch-Bittelbronn
Memorial to the dead on the east side of the church.
