산악자전거 라이딩
A steep, asphalted road leads down to the back of the dam. If the large iron gate is closed, there is a smaller, unlocked door in the fence. Driving through is permitted, and the trail is open to mountain bikes all the way down to the coastline in Altea.

Viewpoint at the foot of the dam to appreciate its structure and the spillway. It is reached from the parking lot meters from the upper level of the reservoir and the road is paved. It can also be reached from the path that follows the Guadalest River but as of May 2022 it is impracticable due to the intense rains of the past few months.
