Igli is a tiny hamlet a few hundred meters from the spectacular Camel's Head, a geological formation similar to Bab'N'Ali.

When we were here in 2004 there was really nothing but a shower with warm water from the roof tap.
According to the aerial photo, a few houses seem to have been built there today, and a Komoot user (Sven / aufundab eu) describes Igli 2016 as a mountain hiking highlight, where there is "a wood-fired shower" and "shops for the essentials".
