The terraces in the Aichbachtal near Reichersdorf > a geotope
Above today's stream, three terrace levels can be distinguished in the Aichbachtal between Wimm and Niederaichbach. The three terrace levels (late Würm period to subrecent) can be parallelized with terraces in the Isar valley, the old town (late Würm period), the Lerchenfeld level (Roman period to early medieval) and the Auenwald level (subrecent, 19th/20th century).
