Named after the patriot Giuseppe Mazzini, it runs parallel to Via Roma, with which it was built between 1870 and 1880 on the model of the famous Parisian arcades and the Milanese Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, which inspired it. It is one of the examples of the so-called iron architecture.
Afternoon stroll destination for a quick pizza or aperitif. In March and April (Easter time) and in December (approx. from the 7th to the 24th), the book fair has been held here since 1926, which was founded by the historical stand owner Michele Amilcare Tolozzi, Giacomo Bertoni, Italo Muccini, Libera Traverso. In addition, the antiques fair takes place every fourth Wednesday and Thursday of the month.
