The cave was discovered as early as 1748. The name was changed after the visit of Emperor Francis I in 1804. The name Císařská Cave has remained to this day. The cave was opened to the public in 1930. In 1952, however, it was closed to the public. The length of the corridors is 650 meters. The main corridors are formed by karst lakes with branches. In 1997, a treatment center for children undergoing speleotherapy was built here. Once a year, a religious pilgrimage takes place here.
