    The Werratalbrücke Hörschel is a large 13-feldrige valley bridge of the Federal Highway 4. It belonged with 732 m in length to the largest prestressed concrete bridges in the GDR.

                Formerly the highest road bridge in the GDR. Located right at the mouth of the Hörsel in the Werra. The Rennsteig begins / ends in the village of Hörschel. The restaurant offers home-style cuisine with Thuringian dumplings.
