second part of the Superintegrale, which goes from the saddle between Colle Ripoli and Monte Arcese to the crater, along the CAI path of ascent.
very flow start in the woods, well designed, fast and without significantly technical passages.
from halfway onwards (where you cross the climb for the Marshall and the first part of the Superintegrale itself) the fun begins: a two-meter drop in discomposed and a very fast Trail in the woods with small short but very technical rock gardens that can become dangerous if wet.
this last part if interpreted well gives immense satisfaction as you reach warp speeds.
