On April 28, 2013 the family adventure trail was opened in the Selbach district of the Saarland community of Nohfelden in the St. Wendel district. It was the first premium children's hiking trail in Germany and is placed at the top of the general adventure points scale of all around 500 premium hiking trails of the German Hiking Institute (DWI) in Marburg.
