The Chapel of St. Ramon Llull was built in 1877 by Archduke Ludwig Salvator to commemorate the 600th anniversary of the Miramar Monastery, founded by the philosopher and theologian Ramon Llull. The chapel is accessible via a five-meter-long stone bridge built specifically for this purpose. It originally housed a marble statue of Ramon Llull, made in Florence. Unfortunately, the chapel was severely damaged by lightning in 1975. Today, only the somewhat fragile ruins remain, but they are still worth a visit.

The tower was erected by Archduke Luis Salvador of Austria in memory of Blessed Ramón Llull, who was in the Miramar monastery for a few years. In the 70s, lightning destroyed the tower and it continues like this, because our politicians are incapable of taking responsibility for its reconstruction, in its time it was wonderful. It is not a tower but a contemplation hermitage.
