Probably the smallest museum in Germany is located near the Glauchau Clinic. It consists of an archway of the former Friedrich August barracks and a post house, which shows a wide variety of exhibitions in a small space. A really great idea! Definitely recommended!

The history working group of the Georgius-Agricola-Gymnasium Glauchau had the idea of preserving the old guardhouse of the former barracks on Dr.-Heinrich-von-Wolffersdorff-Straße as a museum. Temporary exhibitions on various topics are presented on an exhibition area of 0.8 x 0.8 meters. The "Smallest Museum" can be visited free of charge and around the clock.
On the other side of the street, an archway of the former barracks entrance has also been restored.
