The parish church of San Esteban is located in the town of Villegar (Corvera de Toranzo), its construction dates from approx. from the 17th century, it has a rectangular floor plan and is made of masonry and ashlars in the corners, belfry, openings, arches and buttresses. The vault of the central nave is ribbed and the arch in the access door has the year 1772 engraved, so it is believed that on that date it underwent an important reconstruction.
On one side of its belfry there is a sundial carved into one of its ashlars, and inside the temple there is a neoclassical altarpiece from the 17th century and a silver chalice.
