There are different routes that you can travel by boat in Tauberguss, depending on the type of boat you have and the route you want to cover.

For canoes, for example, there is a 15 km route that leads from Leopoldshafen to the port in Rheinhausen. This route leads through beautiful landscapes and offers a great nature experience. Another route leads from Kappel-Grafenhausen to Rust and is about 8 km long. This route is also suitable for beginners and leads through calm waters.

Due to nature conservation and the sensitive flora and fauna of Tauberguss, there are restrictions on which routes can be used. You can obtain information about the navigable routes from the local boat rental stations or from the responsible nature conservation authorities.

Riding on a SUP (stand up paddling) in the Tauber Gießen is prohibited!!!

It is important to find out about the current rules and restrictions before the boat trip in order to protect nature and preserve the ecosystem in Tauberguss.
