The water from the Boniface Spring, which is set in stone, flows into the Schötener Bach. The town chronicle states: A fresh spring springs out of a rock, the only one in the whole area. People call it the Boniface Spring and say that it was created by the power of this saint who taught and preached here.

It ripples nicely in the Schötener Grund. The tour is fun up and down. Nasty transverse grooves for draining water are a bit annoying. There is cool water at the Bonifatius spring.
