Here is the Place de la République, one of the squares of this small town. There are really nice restaurants and cafes there.
At the Café du Centre, I recommend that you try their monk's salad, made with melted cheese from Citeaux Abbey. A real comfort, after a hard hike! The tower of the Belfry of Nuits-Saint-Georges sounds its carillon every hour making the place very pleasant.
