It is a small one-shaft mill located on the banks of the Rubionzo River. This took advantage of the energy generated by the waters to move the machinery inside and thus grind the neighbors' grains to prepare for winter. It is an example of a riverside mill that shows us the intensive use of resources that the inhabitants of these lands undertook in past centuries, generally destined for the winter grinding of corn that was grown in the valleys or cereal imported from Castile.
This House-Mill of Rubionzo (S.XVIII) is now rehabilitated now as a rural dwelling, it still conserves its machinery and all the infrastructure that entailed the organization of the space around it: bridges, dams, canals, chamberas for cars, etc.
