The German Maritime Museum (DSM) in Bremerhaven is Germany's national maritime museum. As the Leibniz Institute for Maritime History, the museum is part of the Leibniz Association. As one of the Association's eight research museums, it combines exhibition and research activities. The entire complex, including buildings and the museum fleet, has been a listed historic monument since 2005.
