The Prezero-Arena (proper spelling PreZero Arena), originally and in parlance also Rhein-Neckar-Arena, is a football stadium!
Since its completion at the beginning of 2009, the facility has been the home ground of the Bundesliga soccer club TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.
The stadium offers 30,150 seats (of which 23,400 seats and 6,750 standing). Capacity at international matches: 25,641 seats!
Home stand is the south stand.
On January 24th, 2009 the
Rhein-Neckar-Arena opened with an opening ceremony and a game between TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and a selection from the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region (6-2).
On January 31, 2009, TSG Hoffenheim played their first Bundesliga game against Energie Cottbus in the new stadium and won 2-0 at the start.
