Pure cross-country enjoyment! The 7.5 kilometer long pleasure trail from Wallgau awaits you with a wonderful loop through the wonderful landscape of the Karwendel. The giants of the mountains tower up all around you while you slide down the slopes at your own pace. The moderately difficult route is suitable for both beginners and experienced runners. It starts at the parking lot at the Haus des Gastes in Wallgau (chargeable). From there you take a course for the idyllic Barmsee. Alternatively, you can also get on at Krottenkopfstraße in Krün.
If you are traveling by public transport, the ski and guest bus of the Alpenwelt Karwendel (lines 9608 and 9618) will take you to the start of the tour. After your sports program in the freezing cold winter air, you can warm up in one of the restaurants in Krün and Wallgau.
