The frog sat on his pedestal in the city park for many years until he was stolen by some mischievous boys. The pedestal remained empty for a long time until the Rotary Club donated a new sculpture in 2005. The Rotarians held a naming contest and finally named the frog "Fridolin." Since then, he has sat there, waiting for a princess to love him.
