Who is on the east way and looking for a nice trail on the Kinzigradweg is just right.
Super technical and nice to drive trail.
Above rather technically below rather flowig, altogether no roots in the way.
Absolutely recommended.

Way not recommended for inexperienced. Goes steeply downhill and the path zigzags down. Only 20 to 30 cm wide. Many roots, heels and stones. Very overgrown by trees and bushes. If you come off the route, it goes steeply down the forest. Not mobile for me.

At the beginning there is a fallen tree across the path!
And be careful! If you drive all the way down to the sanatorium you have to be careful because at the end there is an iron angel / rod in a small stream !!! Otherwise a super nice trail with a few bends 👏🏻
