It is "the park" par excellence in Barcelona. A whole classic. I went on an excursion with the school when I was little, and now I go with my teenage children. There is everything. Public toilets, water fountains scattered throughout the park, beach bars with terraces for a drink, and even ping pong tables that fill up every summer afternoon with the most varied people who bring their rackets from home and organize their parties and competitions... In spring and summer it is quite crowded, especially on weekends. It is also a meeting place, as we can find both locals and foreigners, who, as far as I know, love the park. The Barcelona Zoo is just a few meters away, actually attached to the park. To get there, it is best to go by bicycle or by tram, which leaves you almost inside the park. In general, it is a clean and well-kept park, ideal for all types of "users". It is also "a classic" to go with food and a sarong and have a picnic lying in the shade of the number of trees scattered on the park's lawn. A good place to spend the day with children or a dog... or both if you're in the mood...
