The lookout tower is designed like a stork nest and offers a beautiful view over the roofs of Demants with some real stork nests and over the Aischgrund. If you have binoculars you should bring it with you, then you can watch the birds in the meadows and hedges from there.

The stork's nest-shaped wooden observation tower is ideal for observing waterfowl, especially storks, in the Aischwiesen meadows toward Uehlfeld and Dachsbach, preferably with binoculars (but it's also possible without). There's a bench at the top of the tower, so you can sit and relax for a while.
