The cultural center "Speicher Husum" in the renovated grain store at the harbor offers three to four events from a wide variety of cultural areas every week.
Jazz mornings, blues evenings and tango nights, folk concerts and poetry slams, an open stage for hobby musicians, after work clubs and parties, improvisation and experimental theater, exhibitions, lectures, readings and cabaret, various markets, the delicious "folk cuisine" ... Anyone who would like to experience Husum's alternative culture goes to the Speicher - and has been doing so since 1982.

The former granary is in an idyllic location in the center of Husum at the inland harbor. Since 1982, the warehouse has been a socio-cultural center with an event room on the ground and basement floors. Great cultural events such as readings, lectures, concerts and theater take place here every week. There are also film evenings, workshops, meditations, theater groups, tango and salsa courses and much more. There is something for everyone here.
