In 1837 a new organ was installed in the church of Ranst and the old organ was then transferred from Ranst to Millegem. This organ was built in 1713 by the famous organ builder Carolus DILLEN from Mechelen. It is blown by a triple manually operated bellows.
Millegemkerk is located along the tourist cycle path "Het orchard path". The church can be visited before and after the weekly celebrations: Sunday at 9:30 am.
