The pilot of the MiG-21 bis aircraft, Lt. pil. Andrzej Seroka performed on November 16, 1990. flight to intercept an air target at night in the clouds. While vigorously performing the recovery maneuver, he distracted his attention and lost his spatial orientation. The plane went into a steep spiral and collided with the ground.
