Located in a splendid dominant position with a panoramic view of Franciacorta and the Po Valley, the Madonna della Stella sanctuary is a favorite destination for Sunday trips and spiritual retreats. Completed in 1539, the Madonna della Stella sanctuary stands on the Selva hill at approximately 400 meters above sea level. Located between Concesio, Cellatica and Gussago, from the churchyard you can admire a valuable panorama which on clear days allows you to see the snow-capped peaks of Monte Rosa.

It is a place of worship very dear to the three parishes of Cellatica, San Vigilio di Concesio and Gussago but culturally dependent on the parish of Cellatica.
Austere construction designed by a military engineer, it turns its gaze to the Po Valley where you can enjoy a wide landscape. On clear days you can see Monte Rosa with its snowy chain.
