The manor house with five huge granite steps, flanked by two columns that supported a balcony carved out of a boulder, was built at this time (beginning of the 18th century). The daughter of von Aschenbach sold the property to Ferdinand Kannenberg in 1820, who also acquired Pollnow Castle. His son Hermann Kannenberg sold it to Karl Freiherr von Senden in Natzlaff in 1879. His grandson Axel Freiherr von Senden was the last owner of Gut Gerbin from 1935 to 1945.
