It is not a castle. More like castle ruins. I've looked for my way. Is not signposted. And today in the snow it wasn't easy. Fortunately, I had trekking poles and spikes. You can see 2 trenches. One below. Which probably went around the whole castle. And one above that went around the main castle. Above is a Dennert fir tree. The information gives.

The Staufenburg was built in the middle of the 13th century and "razed" after only ten years. The former curtain wall and two ring walls can still be seen today. The ascent is via an adventurous path. Since the Staufenburg is located in a natural forest that is no longer being researched, the path will probably soon be overgrown or blocked. So quickly up to the summit again.
