If you ride here, you should also be able to ride your bike off the beaten track. The first section from the Messingschlägerteich pond to the edge of the forest is a narrow grassy path. It is mowed regularly, but depending on the weather and vegetation, you have to concentrate on searching for its tracks. The second section near the edge of the forest is also the most beautiful part. The path leads through the trees here, over numerous tree roots and over some wooden bridges. Here and there a fallen tree or a mud hole has to be avoided. The third section is a normal forest path, but it can be very soft in the direction of the railway underpass after bad weather.
