Part of the Trans-Slovenia 03 mountain bike-route, this section of path and road is a great alternative to the valley main road. Although it climbs quite a bit out of Solčava, the views at the flatter part near the top make all the effort worth it. Just have a look through the attached photos. You'll catch on to the main road to Austria again at the end, so what's the loss?
