The concert hall was built in 1936. Famous Latvian artists as well as world-famous stars such as H. Carreras, M. Caballé, F. Stravinsky and many others have performed here.
From 2004 to 2006, the Dzintari concert hall was reconstructed, with the expansion and improvement of the park around the concert hall, reconstruction of the stage and audience hall, and landscaping of the area.

Built in 1936, the hall has a rich history and combines Latvian wooden architecture with timeless charm. Originally built as a closed hall, it was later supplemented by a modern, semi-open stage, which is used mainly in summer and lets in the gentle sea breeze.

Here you can enjoy a wide range of music - from classical concerts to jazz and rock - and the acoustics are amazingly good. The surrounding pine forests and the proximity to the beach give the experience a special atmosphere, almost as if the music itself was part of nature. The annual jazz festival is a highlight, with international and local artists coming together on this legendary stage.
