    The restaurant is currently being rebuilt. Nevertheless, at least on the weekend, you can find something suitable to eat (bratwurst, steak, goulash soup, cake). And when the restaurant has opened again, take a look at the menu on the Internet.

          Great building, undeveloped portico as a restaurant. In front of the building all railway wagons are waiting, for example converted as terrace wagons. The ambiance is really nice and the food is very good.

                One of the remaining restaurants on the Rennsteig. There aren't that many left - so use everything that's there. The prices are mid-range and there's something for everyone in a great atmosphere. There's a charge for using the toilet. Tip: eat/drink and pay first - then go to the toilet. With the receipt it's then free.
