The Filmpalast at the ZKM is the cinema with the most and largest projection halls in Karlsruhe. There are ten cinemas with a total of almost 3,000 seats, with the individual cinema halls having 100 to 568 seats. Nine of the screening rooms are wheelchair accessible. In principle, the program consists of the cinema charts, so that current films suitable for the mainstream are shown. Previews and double features (two parts of a film in one performance) are also offered. The cinema halls are modern and comfortably furnished, there are also "snuggle places" without armrests in between.
