The Roggen restaurant has developed very well in recent years and the food is highly recommended. The hospitality also leaves nothing to be desired. So we were able to marvel at the sunrise on the Roggenfluh today and were allowed to have brunch early, even though the restaurant actually only opened at 10 a.m. So a couple of hosts to talk to :-) Thanks.
PS: The chocolate kisses are unique and the nut peaks are homemade.

The rye is actually so close and you can always see it from the highway. Nevertheless, you should climb it sometimes. It's really wonderful, especially when you drive up from Balsthal.
