The Kuhbach was dammed into a mill pond at this point in order to operate a mill that was active until the 1960s.

Today there is a hotel and restaurant in the mill buildings. The combination of a romantic pond with a nice refreshment stop makes this place a wonderful resting place.

The restaurant is open every day, except Mondays, from 5 p.m.

The inn "Zur Klostermühle" has a very good reputation.
Many guests from further afield (Hamburg, Bremen) value this restaurant.
The quiet surroundings with the mill pond do the rest.
