Found in front of this sign, two paths are proposed, always marked with 27, one traditional (continues on the left, starting from Sassi) and the other adventurous (continues on the right, starting from Sassi). Don't be adventurous. In addition to not being evident due to the overgrown undergrowth, the signpost is unfriendly and confusing, having been affixed to mostly dead trees and therefore not very visible. It can be done and it survives, but I strongly advise against it for those who are alone

This is the alternative route 27, which enters a part of the woods, with some fairly steep sections but thanks to numerous steps and maintenance work, it can be tackled in complete safety and without particular problems. I read Clotilde's comment and I can say that things have changed and it can be traveled safely, everything is well marked with new red and white notches
