Villa Poss has panoramic views of Lake Maggiore

The residence covers 750 meters of surface, is located in the center of a large park of 50,000 square meters of perfectly maintained, which moves mainly lengthwise and follows the natural curve of the lake shore. It features large terraces that seem to lean over the water until you touch them.

It is on several levels and is minimal by a large veranda, which runs around the entire perimeter of the house, perfect for spending convivial moments in the company. What is special about this house is that you have a breathtaking view of the unexpected landscape from every angle. Due to the charm of its location and the large size it offers, this charming property on the shores of Lake Maggiore is ideal to be formed into a luxury resort and meet the needs of the most reliable clientele.

The residence is designed to house large halls, ten bedrooms and ten bathrooms, but to shine it needs renovation. In addition to the main villa there are two outbuildings and a garage.
