My Garmin shows more than 12.6% and I would rather give 16% on the steepest section. Definitely worthwhile to test your legs. I love this hill On the other side there are also a couple of nice ramps.

quiet place, little to no traffic, the concrete blocks are no longer in the best condition, steep climb, if you start too fast it gets tough on the steep part
