Decent asphalt (2021), hardly any traffic
Great landscape.
Only the connection in Dohnsdorf is not so great.
Döhnsdorf is located on the very busy B202, the bike path on the B202 is lousy and IMHO it really doesn't have to be to cycle on such a busy main road.
A little bit to the east there is a great road to / from Sehlendorf towards the north, which I take when I drive here. In the east you could drive from / to Weissenhaus on the B202 but it is really crowded in the season. Otherwise OK.
In the south, the connection is not a problem, as there are many small, well-paved secondary routes through the beautiful landscape.
