The 255 meter high mountain Oskarsvarden / Gielkkáidoaivi is part of the Seidafjellet and is located northeast of Skiippagurra 2.6 kilometers north of the E 6 / E 75. The old route led over this ridge to eastern Finnmark. On July 7th, 1873 King Oscar II made a trip to this region with his entourage. To commemorate this tour, he had the stone pyramid Oscarsvarden built on the mountain.
A footpath leads from the E 6 to the stone pyramid.
