For many centuries Buckow has a castle garden, until 1948 also a small castle, which unfortunately has been demolished due to the war damage. For a hike the castle park is worth a detour.

The Buckow Castle Park, originally laid out in the 17th century, was reconstructed according to historical plans and today combines relaxation and nature with art and culture in a very special way. Located directly on the Griepensee, the park offers a lawn, a bocce court, a children's playground, a water fountain, the ruins of an ice cellar, an herb garden and a water treading area. In the warmer months of the year, numerous cultural events and festivals take place here: summer concerts from the "Classics in the Green" series, "Buckow Rose Days", the local and traditional festival, Buckow Garden Days and the "Long Night with Art and Nature".
Above all, the famous water treading areas always attract health lovers who wade their feet through the famous "Kneipp" bath to allow the beneficial effects of the water to take effect.
