    Right next to the Kranichsberg with its lookout tower lies this smaller hill. From here you have a nice view of Erkner and the Flakensee.

          The Kleine Kranichsberg is a worthwhile insider tip and is a bit apart from the big brother with a tower. The view towards the southwest is thankfully cut free from time to time by the forest.
