The stay costs only the minimum fee and an idea - each guest pays with his personal vision to shape the working world of the future.

The "Wehrmühle Biesenthal" serves as "The WorkHouse". The building, built in 2003 as a modern concrete building and preserving the historic 19th-century façade on the ruins of the former entrepreneurial villa, will become a prototype for new working structures of the future for the duration of the project.

The villa has always been a place of transformation and today combines work, life, closeness to the city and nature for its owner.
