This viewpoint is perfect for contemplating the Barranco de las Angustias and the Aridane Valley. The forest watchtower is not open to the public. It is accessed by an unpaved track from El Pinar or through the GR 131 long-distance trail.

From the "Torre del Time" rest area, also accessible by car from El Pinar (recommended only for people with walking difficulties), you have an excellent view of the Pico Bejenado, the Valle de Aridane with the places Los Llanos, El Paso , Tacande, Las Manchas and La Laguna.

On a clear day you can see almost the entire volcanic chain of the Cumbre Vieja towards the south. Incidentally, the tower is not a walk-in observation tower (access forbidden), which is not necessary given the exposed location of the viewpoint.
