                Omaha Beach was one of the 5 landing zones of D-Day and the most heavily fought over... approximately 3000+ American soldiers lost their lives here.
                First visited the museum and then walked to the beach.
                Not much to see on the beach, beautiful blue water and now a peaceful view. Hard to imagine what it must have been like on June 6, 1944
