The small chapel a little above Riedern am Sand was only built in 1960. The construction work was carried out by local craftsmen and volunteers. The inauguration took place three years later. The small chapel with the distinctive tower roof offers space for around 70 visitors. It is equipped with two bells. One hung in the neighboring community of Bühl and was donated for the inauguration.
When I visited the chapel was locked so the interior could not be seen.

The foundation stone for the chapel was only laid in 1960. Volunteers and exclusively local craftsmen worked on the building. The inauguration took place in November 1963. The chapel offers space for around 70 visitors. Two bells hang in the tower, one of which hung in the neighboring community of Bühl and was donated for the inauguration.
The chapel was locked when I visited, so the interior could not be viewed.
