The Karstwanderweg leads from Woffleben up to the saddleheads. The path leads through dark forest and over karstified slopes. Surefootedness is required if you go the small circular route in the saddle head area. But with a bit of luck you have a great view into the South Harz, as well as to the villages Woffleben and Niedersachswerfen.

On the saddle heads there was also the stamp location 099 of the Harz hiking pin, which can now be obtained as a ghost stamp. Despite months of sabotage by strangers, they are still a popular target for stamp collectors.
