산악자전거 라이딩
The Sörmlandsleden hiking trail is one of the longest hiking trails in Scandinavia. The main path is 627 kilometers long. There are also connecting routes from larger towns, additional stages and circular routes. The path leads hikers through untouched landscape, cultural landscape and to historical places. There is everything from open to unspoiled landscape, lakes and a beautiful coastline (excerpt from sormandsleden.se).
As beautiful as the path is, it is only partially suitable for biking at this point. The path is technically quite demanding and you have to put up with pushing and even carrying passages.
