It is a stop where you can take water (brought to the site by volunteers) and see the internal architecture of an old buron.
It is possible to spend the night at the Buron d'Eylac (dormitory or possibility of pitching the tent for a small financial contribution) in a magnificent setting, near the Puy Mary.
During the winter, given the altitude (1,400 meters), access is only possible by snowshoes or cross-country skis from the Col de Serre (2.5 kilometers).
